Researching intentionality in the real world.
This mixed-methods project explores how people translate intentional thought into purposeful action while adapting, recovering, and remaining aligned with what matters most.
The research considers the operational definition of a High Octane Human, guiding questions, semi-structured interview practice, exploratory measures rooted in established constructs, participant expectations, and how interview information may be used. Specific recording, attribution, confidentiality, review, and withdrawal practices will be documented before formal participation begins.

METHOD
A mixed-methods inquiry, held to appropriate limits.
The work combines interviews, research-informed questionnaires, relevant behavioral science literature, and planned qualitative thematic analysis. It is intended to explore patterns and generate useful questions—not to overstate causality or clinical validation.
Listening → Mapping → Reflecting → Thematic analysis → Practical synthesis
